One-on-one therapy for adults who understand their patterns and are ready to live differently.
Many of the people who come to me are not new to therapy.
They've reflected. They've read the books. They can name their attachment patterns, trace the origins of their reactions, and explain — sometimes with striking precision — why they are the way they are.
And yet the patterns persist. The relationships still echo the old ones. The body still braces in familiar places. The clarity is real, but it hasn't translated into a different way of living.
This is the work — the place where understanding stops being enough, and something else has to happen.
Sessions are unhurried — fifty minutes is the container, but the work isn't measured by what gets accomplished inside it. Some hours are spent in conversation. Others are quieter. The body is welcome. So is whatever shows up that you didn't plan to bring.
The orientation is depth-oriented and integrative — drawing from psychodynamic, somatic, parts work, mindfulness, and the integration of meaningful or non-ordinary experience. The framework follows the person, not the other way around.
What changes, when it changes, isn't usually a new insight. It's that a reaction loosens before you can name why. A choice you used to dread starts to feel ordinary. The body stops bracing for something that's no longer there.
You bring the parts of yourself that already understand. Together we work toward the part that can live differently.
The work meets you where the change hasn't yet landed. A few of the places that often come into focus —
The dynamics that keep replaying — in partnership, family, friendship, work — even after you've seen the pattern clearly. We work at the layer beneath the pattern, where it actually organizes itself.
The exhaustion that returns even after time off, often because what's tiring you isn't the work itself but the way you've been organized to meet it. We look at the engine, not just the output.
The history you've already named, narrated, sometimes worked on for years — and that still lives in the body and the nervous system. This is integration work, not narrative work.
The thresholds — career, relationship, parenthood, midlife, loss, the slow turning that doesn't have a single name. We make space for what's actually happening, not the version that's easier to explain.
The states themselves, and the function they're serving. Nothing is pathologized here — what's there is there for a reason, and the reason is worth understanding before the symptom is asked to move.
Spiritual experiences, altered states, the things you've never quite known where to bring. They are welcome here, held with care, and treated as part of the whole picture rather than something to set aside.
"I've done therapy. I've done the books, the workshops, the retreats. I could tell you exactly why I am the way I am. None of it stopped me from doing it again. This is the first work that actually moved something. I notice it in my body before I notice it in my head — which, for me, is the whole point."
