The two are kept deliberately apart. Coaching is forward-looking, goal-oriented work for people who are generally well and want focused support through a transition, a decision, or a season of growth. It is not therapy, not a clinical or mental-health service, and not provided in a licensed clinical capacity. Therapy Glow remains, in full, a clinical practice.
